      This training course introduces the 8 Types of Wastes (known as TIMWOODS) that are commonly found in automotive service environments. It aims to help new engineers develop a waste-conscious mindset by identifying non-value-adding activities and learning how to reduce or eliminate them in their daily work.

      Through practical examples from real service center operations, participants will build the skills to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and support better team performance and customer satisfaction.


      Key Learning Objectives:

      • Understand what “waste” means in the context of Lean Thinking

      • Recognize the 8 types of waste (TIMWOODS) in automotive service work
